Beacon Apartments - 3011-3013 Beacon Ave S, Seattle

 RVP purchased the property with a portion of the proceeds of the sale of the Lake Apartments in a 1031. Apartments in The Marguerite boast spacious renovated mid-century modern layouts. Updates included new appliances, electrical fixtures, exterior and interior paint, unit flooring, Quartz counters, and in unit hardware among many other items.
